Firstly a warm congratulations on reaching Wembley, one step nearer the Championship.
As a Wolves fan I appreciate the feelings you are going through at present after our trip to Cardiff a few years ago. I do hope you will have the same great experience we did.
The reason I have got in touch is that I run a hotel in St Albans, Hertfordshire on the outskirts of London. We are only 30 minutes from Wembley by car and around 1 hour by train.
I would like to offer the opportunity to your fans and members to use the hotel for the weekend; we have recently just looked after the Barrow fans and the wroxham team fresh from the trips to Wembley.
We could offer a coach stop for food or drink or bedrooms at a discounted rate for the weekend. Our rates would be £40 inc Breakfast for the single room or £50 inc breakfast for a double or twin per night.

I represent Wealdstone FC who are a Ryman Football League club now based in Ruislip. We play a few miles from Wembley.
Our clubhouse has excellent bar and catering facilities and can comfortably handle upwards of 250 supporters. The club is a 3 minute walk from Ruislip tube station which in turn is a 15 minute ride down to Wembley Park. Trains go every 8-10 minutes. Our car park enables your coach driver(s) to park up in a secure environment and, being just off the main road down to the Polish War Memorial affords a quick getaway back to the M40/M4 after the game. We have the added advantage that your coach(es) will not have to negotiate the Wembley Stadium traffic or spend an hour getting out of the Wembley car park. We recently hosted 300 Aston Villa fans for both their League Cup final and FA Cup semi final games. This Saturday we have 250 Cardiff fans due to visit us, as they did two years ago.

The Windermere public house and coach park offers free coach parking facilities on Wembley event days. For all advance bookings, we also provide complimentary food and snacks before the match.
We are located appx. 1 mile from Wembley stadium with immediate proximity to the Bakerloo line and local bus service.
We do not mix supporters on match days and for this game have chosen to welcome all Swindon fans.
Free car parking is also available with advance notice.
